Conditions of sale -On completion of payment, patterns will be available for you to print. It is your responsibility to ensure your computer has the necessary programs to open and print the patterns. You can open a PDF file with Adobe Reader software. Adobe Reader is available free from the Adobe website at: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/. All sales of products are final and charges from sales are non-refundable. Due to the nature and form of the patterns, you do not have the right to return the patterns after purchase.
